The Woods Scheme
We are currently at the planning stages for a 19-unit residential scheme for both for the affordable and the private market. Set on the outskirts of ancient woodlands on a private road, we are looking to build 1-2 and 3 bed apartments set within an enhanced and well- designed landscape setting. Not only will you be surrounded by nature, but you will have brilliant links to London!
The Hillside Scheme
Two schemes set close to each other and both with plans submitted for permissions, for the development of, an 8 unit residential 1-2 and 3 Bed apartments set into the hillside with parking and landscaped grounds. As well as a 9-unit residential block with 1-2and 3 bed apartments again with parking and landscape grounds. Again, within a beautiful private setting but both have great links to London.
The Corner Plot Scheme
Planning has been submitted for a 7 Unit apartment block over 4 floors: 2 x 1 bed 2 x 2 bed 3 x 3 bed. All of the units will be at least dual aspect with 3 out of the 7 being triple aspect. No apartment will be north facing. All of the units will have the minimum or more of private amenity space in the form of terraces or balconies which are at least 1.5m in depth or width.
